A Guide To Men's Fashion
Many men are curious about what to wear, but aren't sure of what trends to follow. If you're a guy and you are having trouble figuring out what to wear and buy, this article might be able to help.
Purchase a really nice pair of trousers that can be worn to work and on dates. Look for trousers that have a really good fit and do not sag anywhere. When wearing pants, never let the waist hang down below your lower hip or waist.
When looking at pants, fold them in half with one leg overlapping the other. Pay attention to the shape they make. If it looks like the bottom of the pants are considerably more narrow than the thigh, that means they're tapered. Tapered pants do not look good on many men and have a tendency to make your butt look big if you're a little heavier.
Look for trousers that are cut with a straight leg. These trousers when folded vertically will have the same width at the ankle area as the thigh area. Also look for pants that are boot cut. These will have a slight flare on the lower leg.
For jeans, look for boot cut and straight legs also. A jean skinny may be tempting since it's in fashion, but these really do not look right on most men. They require you to be quite thin to pull them off and they can also be very uncomfortable in a certain area. They also have a tendency to sag throughout the day and generally only suit very young men.
Purchase some well fitting button up shirts and T-shirts. These should not be baggy, but they also should not be clingy. Instead of buying only neutrals, like black or white, invest in colors, like dark purples and deep greens.
Don't forget to accessorize. Purchase a leather watch that will go with your work clothes, as well as your casual and dressy clothing. These bands come in many styles and colors, so it would be easy to find one you like.
Buy a men's sport watch too. This kind of watch will look good when you are exercising and it will also go with your casual outfits.
