You have a state US bicentennial medal. I think almost all states had one and I don't think it is part of a set by the Franklin mint but could have been struck by them for the state. It is bronze and most of this type sells for around $5 more or less. The mintage figures on most of this type medal was high for people wanted a souvenir of the event and their state. With so many bicentennial type medals out there values have not gone up and the event seems to be forgotten by most collectors of medals.
